1 box yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, cut into thin slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump undrained crushed pineapple into baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Then dump in pie filling and spread evenly. Dump dry cake mix on to pie filling and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans and put slices of butter all over the top. Bake for 48-53 minutes. The cake can be served warm or cool.
