DUTCH APPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. peeled, chopped apples 1 c. chopped walnuts Beat eggs until thick. Beat in sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. |
