FRUIT TORTE 
2 c. flour
1 c. unsalted butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks

FILLING:

3 to 4 c. fresh, canned, or frozen fruit
1/2 c. sugar (if fresh fruit is used)
1/4 c. water (if needed)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
