BANANA LEMON FLUFF 
1 c. water and 1 c. ice
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
2 bananas
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar

In a 2 cup measuring (Pyrex) cup microwave 1 cup water about 2 minutes. Add Jello, stir until dissolved, add ice to 2 cups line stir until most of ice is melted, refrigerate 10 minutes. Ten minutes or 15 minutes later remove Jello. Pour 1 cup Jello in serving dish (clear glass). Add thinly sliced bananas, return to refrigerator. In small bowl beat with electric mixture the cream cheese, add powdered sugar, add last cup Jello. Pour over first mixture. Chill 1 hour. You may use any flavor Jello or fruit but if you use canned fruit be sure to drain well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
