QUICK AND EASY POT PIE 
4 prepared pie crusts
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
2 cans mixed vegetables
1 to 2 env. gravy mix (same flavor as meat)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat in skillet and drain. Add vegetables with juice and enough gravy, mix to thicken. Boil until THICK. Divide mixture into 2 pie crusts. Carefully cover with remaining crusts. Cut vents into top crusts. Bake approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
