1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate candy kisses

Mix all ingredients except kisses in a large mixing bowl on low speed until dough is firm. Shape into balls by rounded teaspoon. Roll in sugar.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 - 12 minutes at 350. Immediately top with kisses on each. Press firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
