1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 lb. cheese
6 hot dog buns or 12 slices of bread

Combine beef, dry milk, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Cut cheese into 6 strips. Pat 1/6 of hamburger mixture around each strip so that it is covered. Put logs in pan. Chill so logs will hold their shapes better. Bake in oven set at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve on buns or between slices of bread.
