VEGA BAJA SILVA 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 c. seedless orange wedges
1/2 c. green seedless grapes
1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter (unsalted)
2 cans chunk chicken breast
1 c. saffron rice

Melt butter in large saucepan. Saute garlic and chicken 2 minutes. Add fruits. Stir and saute another 3 minutes. Cook rice according to directions (on box or package). Serve hot mixture over rice with crackers.
