CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/4 c. uncooked rose marina (drain and rinse after cooking)
3 c. cantaloupe
4 c. cubed turkey or chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. red seedless grapes

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. oil
4 tsp. orange juice
4 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Combine all ingredients and put on dressing. Add 3/4 cup cashew halves just before serving.
