HAM AND ASPARAGUS ROLLS | |
1 can asparagus or equal amount steamed asparagus stalks 1 pkg. luncheon ham, approximately 15-20 slices 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. chopped tomato Lightly grease square 9 x 9 baking dish. Roll 2-3 asparagus stalks in each ham slice, making sure to lay in pan on seam so that they do not unroll. Top evenly with cheese, then fresh mushrooms and tomatoes. Add more if desired or change type of cheese. Velveeta works well. Cover loosely with foil and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 20 minutes. Makes 15-20 servings. Easy for kids to help! |
