RITZ CRACKER PIE 
20 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Roll crackers into very fine crumbs. Beat egg whites stiff. Add the sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and pinch of salt. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased pie pan and spread evenly.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
