SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. macaroni
2 lbs. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Saute onions and green pepper in oil. Remove. Remove fat (except 2 tablespoons). Add flour, stir, then add milk. Cook until thick. Stir in cooked macaroni and 1 1/2 cups cheese and onion and green pepper. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in 400 degree oven about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
