PINA COLADA SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant coconut pudding
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
8 oz. Cool Whip

Stir together crushed pineapple with juice and instant pudding; mix well. Add rum flavoring. Fold in Cool Whip.
