PEANUT BUTTER SOUP 
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
7 c. chicken broth
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. milk
Chopped chives

Saute celery and onion until tender; add flour, stir until thickened. Gradually add broth and bring to boil. Add peanut butter and milk; simmer 10 minutes.

Makes 8 cups soup.
