SEAFOOD SUMMER SALAD 
1-2 lbs. imitation crab meat
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers (can use red pepper for color)

In large salad bowl mix oil, vinegar and spices and rest of ingredients. In separate bowl shred crab then pour mixture of crab. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve cold on a bed of lettuce.
