SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 c. sugar
1 carton Cool Whip
12 oz. frozen coconut
16 oz. sour cream

Bake cake mix as directed. Cool and slice to make 4 layers. Mix sugar, sour cream, and coconut and spread between layers. Add Cool Whip (about 1 1/2-2 cups) to remaining mixture and spread on outside of cake. "Fast, easy and good!"
