EASY BEEFY CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, undrained 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. (about 4 oz.) uncooked noodles 1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Put into a 2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through. 6 servings. |
