EASY MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
18 manicotti noodles
1 env. (1 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
2 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into 4ths

Cook the manicotti in boiling salted water about 20 minutes until almost tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool enough to handle.

Brown meat in a skillet, stirring occasionally with fork; pour off excess fat. Add cottage cheese, garlic and salt. Fill each manicotti loosely with a portion of the mixture.

Arrange in a lightly greased 3 quart baking dish. Combine contents of envelope of spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and water. Pour over manicotti. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
