3 eggs
1 c. + 1 tsp. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cooked pitted prunes
1 c. black walnuts (optional)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix dry ingredients, add milk. Combine with egg mixture, prunes, and nuts. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cook in greased and floured Bundt pan 45 minutes (or longer, as needed).
