PRUNE SPICE CAKE 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raw prunes, apricots, cherries, etc. (may be frozen)
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

TOPPING: Mix ingredients until crumbly.

Mix dry ingredients. Blend water and fruit in blender; add oil and eggs and blend together. Add to dry ingredients, and mix well. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9x13 inch pan for 45-50 minutes.

NOTE: Fruit may be frozen in uniform pieces (i.e., halve the prunes, apricots, etc. Fruit may be frozen when placed in blender.)
