TACO SALAD 
4 cans pinto beans or a quart of homemade beans
1 head of lettuce
4-5 tomatoes
8 oz. cheese
2 cans black olives
1 lg. bag Fritos or taco chips
Chopped sweet or green onions (optional)
1 med. bottle Catalina dressing

Do not prepare ahead of time, or salad will wilt. Put beans in large bowl, add finely shredded lettuce, sliced olives, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese in bowl. Mix together gently. Add corn chips and bottle of Catalina dressing (or to taste). Combine all ingredients together and serve.
