GLAZED CHEESE CAKE PUFFS | |
24 vanilla wafers 1 lb. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Pie filling of your choice Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. Place wafers in bottom of each. Blend together cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely. Cover each with pie filling; let chill for 6 hours. |
