SOUR CREAM MOLD 
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. orange Jello
1/4 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Dissolve Jello, sugar and water. Add sour cream and beat with electric beater. Add pineapple with juice and oranges, drained and cut in half. Pour into mold. Refrigerate and unmold.
