STRAWBERRIES N' CREAM MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries and pineapple with juices. Put 3 cups of this mixture into ring mold. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Carefully spread sour cream onto top of Jello. Slowly pour remaining liquid Jello mixture on top and refrigerate several hours until firm. Unmold carefully and slice to serve.
