STRAWBERRY CREAM MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. plain gelatin
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed
13 1/2 oz. can (if available) or 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained well (You can use a portion of the 20 oz. can)
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix well. Mix plain gelatin in small amount of cold water in a cup and add to Jello. Mix strawberries, pineapple and salt. Add to gelatin mixture. Cool and pour half of this gelatin mixture in an 8 cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture (an even layer) on top of firmly set Jello. Refrigerate for a SHORT time until it is set. Carefully (could be by tablespoonful) put rest of gelatin mixture on top of cream cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
