HOLIDAY SPICE NUTS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 lb. walnuts halves
1 lb. almonds
2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Pour over nuts and stir until coated well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to nut mixture. Coat thoroughly. Spread on large jelly roll pan and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and let cool. Break apart and store in tight container. Great for holiday snacks.
