SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
2 lb. regular sausage
1 1/2 c. all-purpose baking/biscuit mix
4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together all ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls.

Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Uncooked sausage balls can be frozen.

Makes 6 dozen.
