HEATH BAR CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix, made per box in 9 x 13 pan
1 jar Kroger caramel sauce (in the ice cream section)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag chocolate/toffee Heath bar chips
16 oz. Cool Whip

Cook cake per box in 9 x 13 pan. Take out of oven when done and poke holes in the cake. Top with caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk. Then top with 1/2 bag Heath bar chips (while cake is still warm). Cover when cool and put in refrigerator. Before serving, top with Cool Whip.

You can also put the rest of the Heath bar chips on top of the Cool Whip. Yummy!!!
