PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sift dry ingredients. Add all remaining liquid ingredients. Bake in 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes and while warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
