1 qt. tomatoes, peeled and blended
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 can whole green chilies, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt to taste

Boil 20 minutes. Process 10-15 minutes in hot water bath. 2 batches makes 9 (1/2 pints).
