SALISBURY STEAK CHINESE STYLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
Garlic powder to taste
1 green pepper, cut in rings, strips or chopped
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts

Shape meat into eight patties; brown in shallow pan under broiler. Transfer meat into large skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and steam for 10 minutes. Serves eight.

1 patty = 3 meat, 1 vegetable exchange. Calories 219.
