ICE BOX MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Kellogg's All Bran
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Nabisco 100% Bran cereal
2 beaten eggs or egg substitute to equal 2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling water

Pour boiling water over Nabisco Bran. Sift together flour, salt, and soda. Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, flour, All Bran, and bran. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Can refrigerate batter up to 6 weeks.
