NO COOK FREEZER JAM STRAWBERRY 
2 c. floral city strawberries
4 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jel
3/4 c. cold water

Wash, clean and mash strawberries, measure exactly 2 cups berries. Mix in 4 cups sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved, approximately 20 minutes.

Put 3/4 cup cold water in saucepan with 1 package Sure-Jel. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute.

Blend into berry-sugar mixture for 5 minutes. Ladle into clean jars, put lids on and let set at room temperature for 24 hours. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Freezes well and keeps until used.
