MUFFIN PAN CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Canned pie filling
Foil liners

Mix softened cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs. Mix until well blended. Place vanilla wafer in each foil muffin liner. Pour batter over vanilla wafer, 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. chill in refrigerator.

Before serving, top with pie filling--cherry, blueberry, peach, etc. Makes 16.
