ASPARAGUS MILANESE 
3 to 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 lb. thin fresh asparagus, trimmed & tender cooked
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease shallow baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter. Put cooked asparagus in dish, add cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 15 minutes.
