FRUIT PIZZA 
1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastry sheets
16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
Fruit fresh
Assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches, mandarin oranges)

Place frozen dough on floured surface. Roll out to a 13 inch circle. Transfer to a pizza pan. Trim excess. Bake 18 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled pastry. Arrange fruit which has been rolled in fruit fresh. Prick dough with fork before baking. Chill 2-3 hours.
