AUNT SISSY'S MEXICAN HOT SAUCE 
6 jalapeno peppers
2 garlic clusters
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
2 cans whole tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Wesson oil

Grind in blender, peppers with 2 tomatoes. Pour into boiler. Chop garlic with 2 tomatoes. Mix with peppers. Chop lightly remaining tomatoes and add to rest of mixture. Add oil and salt. Bring to a boil 2 to 3 minutes. Best when served a few days later. Keep refrigerated.
