CHOCOLATE NUT ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
4 eggs 3 c. sugar 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (2 sq. can be used) 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated zucchini 1 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs until light and thick. Add sugar. Beat well. Pour in melted chocolate and oil. Sift dry ingredients together. Add and mix until smooth. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour into a greased 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 50-65 minutes. |
