4 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 sqs. chocolate
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 c. nuts
3 c. peeled, seeded grated zucchini

Grease and flour tube pan well. Mix all of the above. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cool.
