CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped zucchini

Cream butter, oil, sugar and eggs together. Sift dry ingredients together, then add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan for 30 minutes.

VARIATION: Sprinkle top of the cake with 1/2 cup chocolate chips before baking.
