CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coarsely grated unpeeled zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. powder sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter, gradually add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Beat in milk, orange rind, vanilla, zuchinni. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Combine powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon: sift over warm cake and cool completely.
