3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini, not peeled
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil

Mix everything. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees for 45 minutes if using cake pan. 2 loaves, 1 regular cake.
