PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixing bowl on medium speed, scraping occasionally 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. Bake until wooden pick comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
