TROPICAL PEANUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped roasted peanuts

Boil first five ingredients to a soft ball stage. Cool and beat until creamy. Add peanuts. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into bite size squares.

Makes 64 1 inch squares.
