CUCUMBER SALAD (Swedish) 
2 lg. firm cucumbers
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar

1. Wipe the cucumbers with a fresh, damp cloth. Then score the skin. Slice cucumbers paper thin.

2. Place in bowl and sprinkle with salt and sugar. Add vinegar.

3. Refrigerate. Will keep well in covered jar. Cool, crisp and delicious.
