GROUND BEEF-POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 med. Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted

Brown beef in skillet. Arrange layers of potatoes, onions and meat in casserole. Season to taste. Repeat layers. Pour soup over top; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
