SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Add sour cream and oil. Stir until moistened. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 4 to 6 times. Roll out to 3/4-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake ten to twelve minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 8 biscuits.
