SOUTHWEST CHEESECAKE 
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. packets taco seasoning
3 eggs
4 oz. can green chilies, chopped and drained
2/3 c. salsa

Combine the cheeses until fluffy; add 1 cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Beat in eggs, one at a time; fold in chilies. Bake in 9 inch springform pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, spoon 1 cup sour cream on top, return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool on rack. Refrigerate overnight. Spread with salsa when serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
