BIG BLUE BAND'S BAKED CORN 
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten well
2 cans corn
1 tsp. vanilla

Add cornstarch to cold milk and heat. Mix in sugar and butter. Remove from heat; add to beaten eggs, corn and vanilla. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until custard on top is brown.
