3 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 to 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 sm. pkg. vanilla Jello instant pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Crush crackers and mix with butter. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix Jello and milk on low for 2 minutes until blended. Add ice cream; mix until blended. Pour over crust. Cover with small container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with approximately 1/4 cup chopped fine pecans, if desired. Refrigerate.
